Basic 4 line telephone for small office use. No call waiting.
Make sure your read the installation info before you have someone come to wire, or you may end up having to call them back to re-wire.
Each separate telephone requires two separate jacks: one jack for lines 1 & 2 and one jack for lines 3 & 4.
HINT: if you place a call on hold and someone picks up the line on a different phone, your phone will beep (annoyingly) every few seconds. You can stop this by pressing the line button, then pressing HOLD.There is info about this in the instruction booklet.
No problems with sound quality, but this is used in a very small office with total of 4 telephones.

The phone is all nice and pretty, but I was shocked that despite the screen shown (similar to the old phone we are replacing), there is no caller ID on this phone.
Who makes an office phone without caller ID these days?
Now we have to return it. Grrrrrrr.
